What are "Views"?

Image views are counted each time an image is viewed by the recipient. Most marketing platforms will cache images, typically one counted view will equal numerous actual views.

Websites views are counted each time a personalized webpage is viewed by a visitor you've sent to the site.

Video views are counted for each 10 seconds of video viewed.

What's an Active Image or Video?

Personalized image and video templates can be set to Draft or Active. In Draft mode the template will still show, but no personalization will be shown and views are not counted.

When Image are Active (live), they will be personalized for each view of the image.

Note: You can create unlimited images and videos in Draft mode.

What's a Custom Image or Short Link Domain?

Custom Domains allows you to set your own CNAME, using your own domain, for image URLs:

e.g. https://limg.your-domain.com/image-name.png
