Free Agent Integration - Add Personalised Images to your invoice emails
Why stop using personalisation once you've converted a prospect to a customer...?
With FreeAgent + Hyperise integration, add personalised images to invoice emails and delight your customers, maybe they'll even pay you early!
Add personalised images to FreeAgent email templates, using Hyperise and this integration guide, it's literally a couple of steps and you're done!
Once you've added a Hyperise dynamic image to your FreeAgent template it will automatically personalise to your recipient when it's sent out!
Step One: Add FreeAgent as an Integration
Once FreeAgent has been added as an Integration, make sure it's selected, then copy the Image Link. The image link copied will include all the required FreeAgent tags to personalise your email.
Step Two: Add image link to FreeAgent message
Within FreeAgent go to Settings and select Email Templates , within the email editor click the HTML button and paste in the image code copied from step one, and then click HTML button again to go back to the preview mode.
You will now see your image template in the editor and an example preview of your personalised imaged.
Thats it! FreeAgent will now pass the prospect data it has to the image, which will be created on the fly, as FreeAgent sends out the invoice emails.
